These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of storyhousevillage.com and the information, materials, features, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site provides information regarding Story House Village, a mixed-use development in Sheridan, Wyoming.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purposes

The Site is intended to provide general information about Story House Village, including its development, properties, residential and commercial opportunities, community vision, amenities, infrastructure, and future plans.

Information presented on the Site is for informational and marketing purposes only and should not be considered a binding offer, representation, warranty, or contractual commitment.

Information regarding lots, blocks, parcels, acreage, dimensions, pricing, availability, status, permitted uses, infrastructure, and other property characteristics is subject to change without notice.

Buildings, residences, landscaping, roads, commercial uses, architectural styles, materials, lakes, trails, open spaces, recreational facilities, equestrian facilities, entry features, and other elements depicted may not currently exist and may ultimately differ in design, location, scale, configuration, materials, or appearance.

5. Future Amenities

References to proposed or future amenities, including but not limited to a boutique lodge, lake, spa, restaurant, wedding or event venue, pool, beach, fitness facilities, equestrian or stable facilities, parks, playgrounds, dog parks, trails, open spaces, and other community amenities, represent the current vision for Story House Village.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a binding written agreement, no representation or guarantee is made that a particular future amenity will be developed, constructed, operated, completed by a particular date, or remain in its currently contemplated form.

Development plans may evolve based on market conditions, governmental approvals, engineering, financing, partnerships, feasibility, community needs, and other considerations.

6. Construction and Development Timing

Any construction schedules, infrastructure updates, development phases, anticipated completion dates, permit-readiness statements, or other timing information appearing on the Site represent current expectations and are subject to change.

Actual development and construction are subject to governmental approvals, permitting, utilities, weather, financing, market conditions, contractor and material availability, and other factors.

7. Builders and Developers

References to builders, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, contractors, consultants, or other third parties do not constitute a guarantee regarding their participation, performance, availability, pricing, construction schedule, or future involvement with Story House Village.

Purchasers and developers are responsible for reviewing applicable covenants, design guidelines, zoning, building requirements, governmental requirements, and other restrictions applicable to a particular property.

8. No Offer or Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell real property or a solicitation to purchase real property where prohibited by law.

Information on the Site does not constitute legal, financial, tax, engineering, architectural, investment, or other professional advice.

Interested parties should conduct their own due diligence and consult appropriate professional advisors before purchasing, developing, financing, or otherwise making decisions concerning property at Story House Village.

9. Photography and Drone Imagery

Photography, video, and drone imagery may depict Story House Village, surrounding areas, Sheridan, Wyoming, and the broader region. Such imagery is provided to communicate the setting, lifestyle, development progress, or vision of the project and should not be interpreted as establishing exact property boundaries or guaranteeing particular views or surroundings from any property.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including photographs, videos, drone footage, graphics, logos, trademarks, maps, renderings, designs, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Story House and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Site content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, displayed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.

The Site may contain links to websites, social media platforms, brokers, builders, consultants, or other third parties. Story House does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Story House makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site useful and current but does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Information, plans, availability, pricing, specifications, imagery, and other Site content may be changed, corrected, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Limitation of Liability
