Sean Patrick Higgins is the co-founder and executive board member of Veteran Village – AMNACS, a Sheridan, WY nonprofit building tiny homes for homeless veterans and veterans in need. He has stewarded Veteran Village for 18 months, sowing relationships with USDA Rural Development, Local Foundations, International Corporations, State Representatives, and other veteran service organizations in the region who are now moving in support of our project.
While serving as the Interim Executive Director of the National Society of Colonial Dames in the State of New York (2016-2018), Mr. Higgins introduced, contracted, and managed film industry location rentals of NSCDNY Museum House developing ongoing relationships with Amazon Prime, ABC, NBC, and other major production companies hitting NSCDNY’s target annual ceiling goal of $680K net-profit within the program’s initial four-month period.
As a multi-hyphenate artist (Actor/ Writer/ Producer/ Director), Mr. Higgins is uniquely suited to bring a film studio to Wyoming due to network and contacts. He has produced 9 short films and 4 stage plays which have received awards and national recognition. He currently has several projects being pitched to major production companies. Most notably, Mr. Higgins’ stage play MoonSong was produced in collaboration with Yale School of Medicine and the National MS Society 2015-2019 garnering national attention raising funds to aid research for Multiple Sclerosis with productions and readings in Connecticut, Wyoming, California, New York, and the UK.
As an actor, Mr. Higgins is a company member of the world renown NYC immersive show Sleep No More; he played a principal role in A Clockwork Orange at New World Stages; 4 additional New York Off- Broadway shows and 16 Regional shows. Mr. Higgins made his TV debut in NBC’s “The Blacklist,” in 2020 which aired mid-pandemic and has two projects in production as a voiceover talent for Neflix.

Mr. Higgins received his Bachelor of Fine Arts, University of Wyoming (BFA, 2013 - summa cum laude); Oxford (British American Drama Academy, Cert. 2015); Master of Fine Arts, Yale School of Drama (MFA, 2016).
